The metal has left me.
I navigate like an empty protein
And lacking its energy
And best buddy.
No activity in sight.
I eat my chocolate and store my iron,
Like a well educated smiling kid.
Science meets poetry
The metal has left me.
I navigate like an empty protein
And lacking its energy
And best buddy.
No activity in sight.
I eat my chocolate and store my iron,
Like a well educated smiling kid.
Nobody sees the sparks down inside
and behind my persona
Dressed according to fashion
And combed as a queen.
The make up works magic,
The smile is the most powerful mask,
While you process the facts
And dilute the fire in the belly
with chocolate and bread.
I cannot hold my mouth from opening and
my eyes from closing
This Monday.
I will shoulder my chocolate,
I will crack my crackers,
I will wait for today’s USPs.
Acrobatic thoughts and dreams for the future
Recur and surprise me
With their lights and originality.
I am training myself
To believe what others deem impossible
And take the lead
Despite their opposition
Fueled by a a fascinating new life,
Writing a story never heard before,
And dark chocolate.
