The scientific community is like a big family, each person has a passion and succeeding generations build a legacy.
It has been an honour being featured in With a Science Degree
Thank you Elizabeth @aScienceDegree !
Finally out of the dog,
The project has got momentum,
I am not alone anymore.
My works don’t fall into the void,
The echo is lost,
Reasoning returns from they canyon.
Science is a community
That changes with my life,
Where will you take me next?
My feet are tired, my soul still insatiable
Of moments full of questions
And instants with the legs up.
Waking up with a question mark
Killed the rest and dreams of the night
Tortured by the doubts
and excited by the possibility
Your hands find no stillness
And tap and tickle
Until a list of steps in made
And the final is an answer.
Your life is in lists and islands of knowledge
to jump to and through
For a quiet certain conclusion.
What gives you questions
Gives you value
And a new perspective to look at the future.
Pondering the answers demands that time
You need to breath a new air and prioritize your actions
Leaving no room to regret.
My monster wants to look forward
It craves for novelty and answers,
For stories well told.
I feed it articles and newspapers,
The opulence of the Internet makes him choke.
It rests when my questions are set
And written down for walking to tomorrow.
Lists lead the way
When tasks add up and the schedule is busy.
Meetings translate in lists
And agendas become tasks.
Ideas in a row
and hands catch the rhythm
Going through the list
That details the open questions of the day,
