Protein army

To which protein

I owe my day?

To the social that makes me breath?

To the tiny that shuttle energy?

Or to the millions outside my body?

Many and unique,

Little soldiers with limited life and a focused target,

Proteins give me everyday

That molecular food

I cannot find on my table.

Growing Roots

Repurpose and relocate

Ideas and memories and free that space.

Push hard and lean forward,

Roots will break

And be reborn on the first day

of unexpected sun

To hold you strong

And let you live out of balance.

Bright Friday

The grey sky is only a cover

Of a day with no written plot

And no established ending.

A coffee, a cookie, a smile

Recharge and push towards the first step

Of the adventure sitting on top of these stairs

And the ideas of writing a book,

Applying to advanced jobs,

And Change lifestyle from today

Materialize and become family.

Love study

Love is green

And grows unattended

Between your pinky toes.

Soft and flexible

You do not notice it

Still enjoy its silent support.

Years have passed

Studies have been completed,

Or only new?

Nature spin

The push to that leaf on the pavement
Was invisible,
Yet it rotated and stopped dry
When i passed.
Nature surrounds me
And its energy must touch me.
I spin and spin each day
From home to work,
To shops, to strangers,
Faithful to nature

Work rainbow

I draw delicately my borders
And guard them with criticism
the whole day in the lab.
I paint the intruders
of the colours of support and good attitude
While their footprints contaminate and enrich
The working space or me.

Boss support

I live differently,
Comfortable and unique
In my spacious 1% of opinions,
Future wishes, and behaviour.
No stream against, just a beautiful panorama
I contemplate sitting
With you, boss.
